Why do Ads get blocked and/or removed?
Unfortunately, not all users read and follow ourPosting Rules and sometimes place Ads that violate these rules. This does not help sell a product or service more quickly, but rather makes it harder for others to market their products or services. Additionally, users who are searching for specific items waste their time dealing with inappropriate content. Our moderators work diligently to promptly remove offending ads and block users who violate our Posting Rules.
Main reason for Ad removal and blocking
- The Ad violates List.am Posting Rules
- The Ad is placed in the wrong category
- Ads about services and advertisements are not placed in the “Services” category
- The Ad contains more than one item for sale
- Duplicate Ads: Posting the same ad multiple times or in different categories.
- The information contained in the Ad is incorrect or incomplete
- Invalid price or other parameter are specified (e.g. brand, mileage, year)
- Title, description or photos contain contact information (phone, logo) or a URL
- Title does not describe the product or service offered
- Title contains price
- Pictures do not correspond to the ad, are downloaded from the Internet or contain contact information, logos or other advertising
- The Ad contains numerous spelling and punctuation errors and is poorly written
- Ads from agencies are missing physical addresses and agency names
- An incorrect company or individual name is entered in the appropriate fields (for example, "tour operator" is not a valid company name)
- The Ad contains multiple unrelated keywords to confuse the search algorithm
- Item for sale is not located in Armenia
- Numerous complaints from other users
I've paid for additional services but my ad was deleted. What will happen to my money?
Ads that violate our rules will be deleted regardless of whether payments were made or not. If an ad has been deleted due to violation of our rules, the money will not be refunded.
