Responding when several guests request the same dates
New requests appear under “Booking requests.” Each request shows the guest, dates, nights, guest count, price, the guest’s note, and the time remaining to respond.
You have 24 hours to approve or decline a request. A reminder is sent 4 hours before the deadline. If you do not respond, the request expires automatically and the guest is notified.
- Select “Approve” if you can host the stay. The dates become booked in your calendar.
- Select “Decline” and provide a reason if you cannot accept it.
- Select “Message guest” if you need to clarify something first. Messaging does not pause the 24-hour deadline.
Payment is not processed through List.am. Agree on the amount and payment terms directly with the guest.
A pending request does not hold dates, so several guests can request the same or partially overlapping dates at the same time.
Review the requests and approve one of them. The dates become booked, and the other overlapping pending requests are declined automatically. Those guests are notified; you do not need to decline each request separately.
Check the guest and stay details before approving. Booked dates cannot be released manually from the calendar; the booking must be cancelled first.
