What happens after you send a booking request
The host is notified and has 24 hours to approve or decline the request. If they do not respond, the request expires automatically. You will be notified when its status changes, and List.am will not charge anything.
Possible statuses are:
- “Pending” — sent and waiting for the host. You can still cancel it.
- “Confirmed” — the host accepted the request and the dates are held for you. Arrange payment and arrival details directly with the host.
- “Declined” — the host declined it or approved another request with overlapping dates.
- “Expired” — the host did not respond within 24 hours.
- “Cancelled” — you cancelled, or the host cancelled after confirming.
A pending request does not hold the dates. Other guests can request the same period.
Open “My stays” in your account. It contains all your requests and stays, which you can view by status: Pending, Confirmed, Past, Declined, or Cancelled.
Each booking page shows the ad, dates, number of nights and guests, total price, and current status. You can also message the host from there.
You can cancel a request while it is still pending. Dates and guest count cannot be edited after a request is sent; cancel it and send a new one instead.
