Return and Refund Policy

Consumer rights
1.1.
The buyer has the right to return a non-food product of proper quality if the specified product does not fit in shape, size, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used by the consumer for its intended purpose.
1.2.
The buyer has the right to return a non-food product of proper quality if the specified product has not been used, its presentation, consumer characteristics, seals, product labels, as well as has a document confirming the fact of payment issued to the consumer, or other settlement document, and there is evidence of the purchase of goods from the specific seller.
1.3.
The buyer has the right to replace or return the product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of the delivery, unless the seller has specified a longer period.
1.4.
The buyer has the right to demand a refund of the amount paid for the specified product if a similar product is not on sale on the day the buyer contacted the seller through the platform.
The deadline for the return of goods of proper quality is considered to be met if the consumer has handed it over to a postal, courier, transport or other delivery service within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The product of proper quality cannot be returned if:
2.1.
when products can experience rapid deterioration, decomposition or quality change.
2.2.
in case of sale of sealed goods that cannot be returned for medical or hygienic reasons and which were unsealed by the buyer after the delivery.
2.3.
in the case of the sale of goods, the supplies of which, due to their nature, are inevitably linked with each other.
2.4.
in case of delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software, where the latter has been unsealed by the buyer after the delivery.
2.5.
in case of delivery of newspapers, magazines, books or other printed materials.
3.
The following non-food items of good quality are not subject to replacement or return
3.1.
products for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home, health and hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textiles and other materials, medical instruments, devices and apparatuses, oral hygiene products, eyesight lenses, child care items), medicines.
3.2.
personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hair clips, curlers, wigs, hairpieces, etc.).
3.3.
cosmetic products, with the exception of perfumes.
3.4.
cotton, linen, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics, non-woven fabric-type products (ribbons, ribbons, cords, etc.), cable products (cords, laces, cables, etc.), construction and finishing materials (linoleum, films, carpets, etc.) and other measured products.
3.5.
knitted underwear and hosiery.
3.6.
products and materials made of polymeric materials that come into contact with food, including disposable products (dining and kitchen utensils and utensils, containers and packaging materials for food storage and transportation).
3.7.
household chemicals, pesticides and agrochemicals.
3.8.
articles made of precious metals, articles with precious stones, articles made of precious metals inlaid with semi-precious and synthetic stones, faceted precious stones.
3.9.
automobiles and motor bicycles, their attachments and numbered units, small-scale mechanization equipment for agricultural work, household swimming equipment.
3.10.
civilian weapons, the main parts of civilian and service firearms and their cartridges.
3.11.
animals and plants
If the returned item meets the above conditions, a refund will be made. The money will be refunded in the same way as the purchase was made. If the purchase was made using a payment card, the money will be refunded to the card within a few days, depending on the bank serving the card.
