SMS and phone fraud

Never respond to any SMS messages that claim to come on behalf of List.am. List.am never sends any SMS messages requiring a response.

In accordance with our Terms of Use, List.am is not responsible for the fact, that third parties may use publicly available information in your ad for spam or commercial proposals of their services without your consent.

We do not disclose to third parties any information provided by our users, except when required by law (if requested by law enforcement authorities).

We use personal information only for sending messages associated with your ads and occasional site related messages.

Under no circumstances do we use any phone numbers for sending unsolicited information to anyone.

We do not send any messages to our users with a request of sending SMS to a special number to receive contact information for any offers or people selling real estate or offering jobs.

We do not send any messages to our users with a request to extend, verify or activate an ad via SMS, or use our paid services or any other offers.
