Account Types
There are three different types of accounts on List.am: Individual, Professional and Business. By default every user has an individual account. You can choose the account that is best suited for your needs in the settings.
Individual accounts
Individual accounts provide all the necessary functionality for working with your ads and are free to use. If you are selling your personal items or offer your services as an individual, this account type is a great option.
Professional accounts
A professional account gives you access to additional functions and features helping you attract more customers and increase sales.
You can choose to display only your ads in the recommended section on the ad pages, have an ability to show a short description on all your ad pages, specify working days and business hours and allow calls only during these hours, and view advanced statistics.
This account type is best suited for professional users who want to increase the efficiency of their work on List.am.
Business account
In addition to all the functionality of a professional account, a business account allows you to create your own business page with a unique design to best represent your business.
A business page is your company's main page on List.am with a unique URL (for example, www.list.am/u/mycompany), company name, detailed information about your business, logo, an address of your business, a news section, ability to search and filter your ads and other options.
The company logo will be displayed on all your ad pages in a larger size than a personal user avatar. Combined with a company description and a recommended section with your other ads, this will lead to a bigger positive impact on your ads and your brand.
- The name of the business must contain the name of the company and/or the registered brand name. The name of the business may not violate the trademark law or contain registered brand names of other companies. You can also include your main activity in the name (for example, “Aurora clothing store”). You cannot use general terms without the name of the company (for example, it is not allowed to use “Cargo transportation in Armenia” or “Spare parts for BMW”).
- The logo should represent your business or brand. Pictures of places, objects or people cannot be used as a logo. It is forbidden to use photos and logos downloaded from the Internet or images that violate copyright or include logos of other companies or brands.
- The description of your business must be well written, without errors and must contain detailed information about its business activities. You must use the alphabet of the language in which the description is written. The use of transliteration is unacceptable.
- The cover image should be attractive and must match your business. Avoid using excessive and redundant text and contact information. Place the most important information closer to the center of the photo - this way it will be better seen by those who view your page on smartphones and tablets.
Ad Bundles
Professional and business accounts can purchase bundles to use additional services at significant discounts.
Terms of use
Paid accounts do not guarantee special treatment and all ads, as well as all accounts, are checked by the moderators.
Ads and accounts that violate Posting Rules or Terms of Service will be removed and access to using our services for violators will be revoked. You will not receive a refund for for paid services that violate our rules.
