Posting Rules
List.am Posting Rules serve the purpose of enforcing the quality of content and easy of use for buyers as well as sellers. By using our site and its features and services you accept and agree to follow our Posting Rules.
Users violating our Posting Rules will have their access to the site blocked for a significant amount of time and their ads and other information will be removed.
1.
It is not allowed to add multiple ads or to repeat the original ad in the same or different categories.
2.
Each ad must be posted in the most appropriate category.
2.1.
Ads must be placed in the category corresponding to the content of the ad.
2.2.
Ads offering services must be posted in the "Services" category.
2.3.
Ads offering jobs must be posted in the "Jobs" category.
3.
When placing an ad, remember that:
3.1.
Your ad should contain detailed information about the product / service you are offering / seeking.
3.2.
All ad parameters (such as price, square footage, make, model, salary, etc) must be true. The title of your ad must match with its content.
3.3.
The title should not contain contact information, such as phone, address, e-mail or product/service's price.
3.4.
Ad description cannot contain contact phone numbers. Please use designated fields for that.
3.5.
Photos, showing the product / service must conform to the ad title and body. Photos must not contain any type of logo, brand, URL, company name, price, text, decorative elements or any other advertising or contact information. Photos must not contain labels or text seeking attention such as "Urgent", "Attention", "Sale" or similar.
3.6.
Each ad should contain only one single product/service or job opening. If you are offering multiple products/services or job openings, please place them in separate ads.
3.7.
Each user can be registered only once. Duplicate Ads from different emails or phone numbers from the same person or organization are not allowed.
3.8.
Each Ad must be created using the alphabet of the language in which it is written. Armenian words must be written using Armenian letters, Russian - using Russian letters, etc. The use of transliteration is not allowed.
4.
Any actions aimed at gaming or manipulating normal operation of the site are forbidden. This includes:
4.1.
Adding keywords to the title or description of an ad in order to trick search algorithms.
4.2.
Indicating phone numbers using letters or non-numeric symbols in the title or description of an ad.
4.3.
Deleting and re-adding ads in order to move them to the top of the list is not allowed. To move an ad to the top of the list please use the renew function.
4.4.
Using different email addresses and phone numbers to hide identity or mislead the site or its visitors.
4.5.
Ads for non-existent goods, vehicles, real estate, services or jobs are strictly forbidden.
4.6.
It is not allowed to replace the product, service or job described in the ad with another product, service or job. Ads that are no longer actual must be removed from publication.
5.
Rules for real estate agencies, dealers, employment agencies, organizations and entrepreneurs.
5.1.
Users representing third parties or organizations and businesses cannot select "Owner" option when posting an ad. A clear indication of company's information (name and physical address) is required for employers and employment and real estate agencies and commercial organizations as well as shops and organizations offering loans.
5.2.
Agencies and organizations must use only one registered account for all their employees. It is not allowed to place similar ads using agency's account and agent's personal account. If your organization already has an account with List.am, please provide access to it to all your staff.
5.3.
Agencies cannot offer real estate for sale or rent without the knowledge and consent of the owner. List.am reserves the right to request the legal documents including the contract and refuse to publish the ads.
5.4.
Real estate agencies must remove ads from List.am as soon as the property is rented, bought or sold.
5.5.
Job ads must include detailed information about the vacancy and contain at least three blocks: requirements, responsibilities and job description.
6.
Ads that contain the following items are not allowed on List.am:
6.1.
Offers of goods and services, which are prohibited or restricted by any applicable law.
6.2.
Offensive/adult language, derogatory remarks, as well as calls to violence and illegal actions.
6.3.
Sale of access to online accounts, passwords and information about third parties, as well as related services.
6.4.
Erotic services and goods, prostitution, pornography, including photos with pornographic content.
6.5.
Fraud, extortion, request or offer material assistance and support in any form, including postings that contain expressions such as, "I will sponsor", "looking for a sponsor," "will provide financial support," "looking for financial support", etc.
6.6.
Offers of work in night clubs, strip clubs, web modeling and similar.
6.7.
Offers to sell, purchase, or exchange prescription drugs, narcotics, tobacco products, vapes, and any liquids or mixtures for smoking.
6.8.
Offers to work outside of Armenia (including Russia) or offers to make money over the Internet.
6.9.
Proposals related to the occult subjects (satanism, rituals, magic, psychics, etc.).
6.10.
Discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, gender and other characteristics.
6.11.
Offers to sell products of multi-level marketing companies such as Oriflame, Herbalife, Avon, Amway, Intway, Mary Kay, etc., as well as contains job openings and other services related to those companies.
6.12.
Offers of questionable financial services, assistance in obtaining funds, for example, "Loans in an hour. No approvals". Services and transactions with financial assets and accounts, offers for investments of money or assets.
7.
Ads that contain the following type of jobs are not allowed on List.am:
7.1.
Franchise, pyramid, matrix and trading schemes, multi-level marketing.
7.2.
Commission only jobs, or any other business activity which requires prior or ongoing payment.
7.3.
Recruitment of other members or subagents as well as "work from home" programs.
8.
List.am prohibits the publication of ads whose sole purpose is to promote other online resources. It is not allowed to place a link in an ad directing people to other websites.
9.
List.am prohibits false or misleading advertisements and placement of distorted information about third parties. List.am is not liable for any content posted.
In accordance with the above mentioned terms and rules, List.am reserves the right to remove and discard ads with or without any reason.
Users, who intentionally breach these rules, will receive notification, and if the problem is not solved after all, their access to the site will become limited.
List.am reserves the right to limit the number of ads from one user.
