Refunds

List.am does not issue refunds if a service has already been provided. The start time of a service cannot be postponed. A payment cannot be transferred or applied to a different ad or service.

Payments do not guarantee special treatment. If your ad violates our Posting Rules, is posted in the wrong category or has inappropriate content, it will be removed. In this case, it cannot be restored, the service will not be transferred to another ad, and you will not receive a refund for the service.

If, for some reason, the site experiences technical difficulties and no service for your payment is provided, List.am will issue a full refund. The funds will be returned to your List.am wallet after contacting our customer support.

Funds from List.am wallet can be used to pay for any services on our site.
