How do I add funds to my List.am wallet?
You can use payment terminals (such as Telcell, EasyPay) to instantly add funds to your wallet. Payment terminals can be found in many locations in Armenia.
- Login to your account.
- Choose the "Wallet" tab. You will see detailed instructions on how to add funds to your List.am wallet.
Your List.am wallet has a unique number. Always use that number when adding funds to your wallet and never use an ad number or your phone number.
How do I use List.am wallet to pay for a service?
All premium services can be paid for using the List.am wallet.
For example, in order to use the "Add to Top" service on an ad, click on "Add to Top" icon on the ad page or in "My Ads" section of your account, select "List.am wallet" as the payment option and click on "Pay". The payment will be processed instantly and the service will be active right away.
Can I withdraw money from my List.am wallet?
No, the money cannot be taken out of the wallet or transferred to a bank account.
My paid ad was removed for violating the rules. Can I get a refund?
Payments for services do not guarantee a special treatment. If your ad violates our Posting Rules, has been placed in a wrong category or has inappropriate content, it will be removed. Removed ads cannot be restored, the payment cannot be transferred to another ad, and no refunds in this case are issued.
