How do buyers and sellers connect?
The buyer directly contacts the seller via phone or email. We recommend discussing the details of the transaction upfront during the first conversation in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
In particular the details should include:
- The exact price to be paid (if applicable, shipping price and terms);
- Place and time if meeting in person or shipping address where to send the item after the payment is received.
The buyer always wants to stay up to day with all the steps of the transaction - keep them informed. If you are shipping the item by regular mail, let them know the following:
- Their payment has been received by you;
- That you have shipping the purchased item (if possible provide a tracking number).
