List Ads Rules
serve the purpose of enforcing ad quality and keeping List.am safe and easy to use for everyone. By creating and running List Ads campaigns, you accept and agree to follow these rules. Campaigns that violate these rules may be rejected or removed, and your account may lose access to List Ads.1.
Banner content rules. Your banner must not contain prohibited content, including:
1.1. Content that does not comply with the established rules and requirements for using List.am.
1.2. Offers of goods or services that are prohibited or restricted by law.
1.3. Offensive/adult language, derogatory remarks, or calls to violence or illegal actions.
1.4. Sale of access to online accounts, passwords, and information about third parties, as well as related services.
1.5. Erotic services and goods, prostitution, pornography, including photos with pornographic content.
1.6. Fraud, extortion, request or offer material assistance and support in any form, including postings that contain expressions such as "I will sponsor", "looking for a sponsor," "will provide financial support," "looking for financial support", etc.
1.7. Offers of work in nightclubs, strip clubs, web modeling and similar.
1.8. Offers to sell, purchase, or exchange prescription drugs, narcotics, tobacco products, vapes, and any liquids or mixtures for smoking.
1.9. Offers to work outside of Armenia (including Russia) or offers to make money over the Internet.
1.10. Proposals related to the occult subjects (satanism, rituals, magic, psychics, etc.).
1.11. Discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, gender, and other characteristics.
1.12. Offers to sell products of multi-level marketing companies such as Oriflame, Herbalife, Avon, Amway, Intway, Mary Kay, etc., as well as contains job openings and other services related to those companies.
1.13. Offers of questionable financial services, assistance in obtaining funds, for example, "Loans in an hour. No approvals". Services and transactions with financial assets and accounts, and offers for investments of money or assets.
1.14. Franchise, pyramid, matrix, and trading schemes, or multi-level marketing.
1.15. Commission-only jobs, or any other business activity that requires prior or ongoing payment.
1.16. Recruitment of other members or subagents as well as "work from home" programs.
1.17. False or misleading advertisements and the placement of distorted information about third parties.
1.18. Political content. We do not allow content that promotes or opposes political parties, candidates, or election-related messages.
2.
Banner quality and format rules
2.1. Your banner image must meet quality requirements (resolution and fidelity).
2.2. Your banner must match the required dimensions and file format for the selected placement.
2.3. The uploaded file size must not exceed the maximum limit.
3.
Branding and trademark rules
3.1. Your banner must not use third-party logos, names, or branding without permission.
4.
Landing page (destination link) rules
4.1 Your landing page link must work (broken or non-functional links are not allowed).
4.2 Your landing page must not contain prohibited content, including:
4.2.1 prohibited content that does not comply with the established rules and requirements for using List.am.
4.2.2 Offers of goods and services, which are prohibited or restricted by any applicable law.
4.2.3 Offensive/adult language, derogatory remarks, as well as calls to violence and illegal actions.
4.2.4 Sale of access to online accounts, passwords, and information about third parties, as well as related services.
4.2.5 Erotic services and goods, prostitution, pornography, including photos with pornographic content.
4.2.6 Fraud, extortion, request or offer material assistance and support in any form, including postings that contain expressions such as "I will sponsor", "looking for a sponsor," "will provide financial support," "looking for financial support", etc.

4.2.18 Political content. We do not allow promoting or opposing political parties, candidates, or election-related messages.
4.3. Your landing page must match what you advertise in the banner (no mismatch or unrelated content).
4.4. Landing pages on social media and online marketplaces (Instagram, Facebook, Wildberries, Ozon, etc.) are not allowed.
5.
Account requirements
5.1. Your advertiser account must meet the requirements for running List Ads campaigns (including business verification).
6.
Payment rules
6.1. The campaign payment must be received before the campaign can run.
7.
Other
7.1. Your campaign may be rejected due to any other List.am policy violation.
